Relocating is a very troublesome experience. When someone has to relocate because of transfers or someone is being asked to work for a few months at the client-site, situation becomes very tricky as getting a house for a few months are always a tough ask. The topic of corporate stay comes in the picture. An employee is being to work out of country to work on a very quick times, corporate stay becomes a point.
Staying in luxurious 3 or 5 star hotel is expensive and one may not like the style there. For a long halts of 3-5 months, people would expect to have a private kitchen in the room for them to use whenever they wish to use.
PAJASA Apartments, a firm which came into existence in 2015 in Mumbai thought to work out a solution for the same. Paras Sangwan, one of the founders of the company worked in a 3-star hotel which served to people who would come to the restaurant for long stays and then would hope for homely food and a home like environment in the hotel itself which was a tough ask for the hotels.
According to Sangwan, that’s when the idea of PAJASA struck him. He along with Arpit Awasthi founded Service Apartments and became India’s only company catering into the business of service apartments.
The company in 3 years has grown leaps and bounds as they have managed to bag big clients under their belt. Their mission was to provide “Your second home in every city” for the people who travel for work. They understood the scenarios where they can work out and challenge the handful of competitors.
Companies who were sending the employees for the longer stays were spending a lot, at the same time, the employees were not satisfied. With PAJASA, the two along with their 6-member team are now successfully helping a huge number of corporate through their company.
